Living life isn’t the same thing as being alive.

Living involves challenging yourself, taking risks, and expanding outside of your comfort zone. Being alive means doing the bare minimum to get by. Living takes effort, while being alive doesn’t.

When you eat the same things, hang out with the same people, and do the same work everyday, you stop growing as a person. You become complacent, and this limits your potential. You no longer recognize opportunities and instead focus on just getting through the day. This is not the life you want. This isn’t the life that anyone wants.

Don’t live a life full of regrets and missed opportunities!

Too many people take the time they have for granted, and in the end wish they had used it differently. Don’t live a life full of regrets and missed opportunities! You have the power to change your life for the better. And the first step is becoming mindful of how every individual action you take sets you up for the future. Living means doing things with intent, not just checking boxes.

I challenge you to make this next week the start of your next chapter. Think about your goals and come up with a game plan on how to meet them. It doesn’t matter if you have to make adjustments along the way. What’s important is that you take the first steps and don’t stop. Challenge yourself. Step out of your comfort zone. See what living is all about.
